Lee Township residents,
On Monday, July 10th, the Lee Township Board of Trustees accepted Fire Chief Daryl Amrozwicz’s letter of resignation, effective that evening, (per his request).
On Thursday, July 13th, the Lee Township Board of Trustees appointed Chief Chris Coughlin as interim Lee Township Fire Chief. Chief Coughlin is a long-term resident of Lee Township and brings decades of training, certifications, and experience to our Fire Department. Chief Coughlin held a long-term career in fire protection, retiring as a City of Midland Fire Chief. Chief Daryl will assist Chief Coughlin with the transition.
The Lee Township Board of Trustees would like to formally thank Chief “Daryl” Amrozwicz for his long-term dedication to Lee Township, and welcome Chief Coughlin to the Lee Township Fire Department!!
