Park Project/Updates:
The Lee Township Park will be closed for the season for construction/upgrades, effective immediately. Over the next 30 days or so, you will see construction of a new Little Tykes Playscape for 2-5 years olds (with additional fencing), excavation and installation of a multi-use court will begin this week (full court basketball, pickleball, four square, shuffleboard, etc..), as well as a new pavilion. Due to this construction, there will be heavy equipment being brought into the park, fencing will be taken down or moved, etc… For the safety and security of our residents and guests, the decision has been made to close the Lee Township Park early for the season, effective immediately. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Additional construction will begin in 2025 to construct an ADA playscape with sensory areas (5-12 year olds), rubber fall zones with solid surface walking paths throughout the playground area, a beach volleyball court, zip line feature, covered bench seating, maintain/replace worn equipment on our current structure (to extend the life of our playscape), additional parking and lighting, and more!
