TAXPAYER INFORMATION SUMMER & WINTER 2025

PAYMENT:

• • Please write checks to “Lee Township” for the exact amount of the full/partial payment
  • Always include the Property ID to ensure accurate payment
  • Receipts will be mailed only if you include a self-addressed stamped envelope with payment
  • We accept postmarks for payment date
  • If paying with cash, please have the exact payment

  • Please do not mail cash

TOWNSHIP TREASURER SCHEDULE:

• • Lee Township Hall (1485 W Olson Rd, Midland, MI 48640)-Offices are open Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm daily Monday-Thursday & 9-12pm on most Fridays. Or by appointment. Call 989-832-2874 x2 Exception is holidays and/or training classes.
  • Please use the Township Hall drop box located in the front lobby (North Entrance) or go to the back door (south entrance to the Hall offices. Another option is mailing (Lee Twp Hall, 1485 W Olson Rd, Midland, MI 48640)

WHEN DO THE TAX BILLS GET MAILED & WHEN ARE THEY DUE?

• • Summer Property Tax Bills are mailed July 1st and due by September 15th without penalty/interest. (Paid at Hall through Feb. 28)
  • Winter Property Tax Bills are mailed December 1st and due by February 28th without penalty/interest. (Paid at Hall through Feb. 28)
  • March 1st all property tax bills are paid at Midland County Treasurers office (can NOT be paid at the Hall)
